Assalamu'alaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh,

  Hello guys Alhamdulillah, today is the third day we practice this week, today we doing two menu such as menu rotasi II.2 dan menu rotasi II.3, We prepare dessert : mango sticky rice ( Khao neo ma Muang), and appetizer: jalangkote. Yesterday we have prepare all ingredient.





  Yesterday, i and aswan prepare the dough of jalangkote. The ingredients for make dough of jalangkote is all purpose flour, hoy oil, salt, and water. We make dough of jalankote use 2 kg all purpose flour because the material content is very much.



After finish, next we prepare to make mango sticky rice, because yesterday prepare for jalangkote is finish and today we frying the jalangkote at ten ocloc'k.
I help rahmi for prepare make the sauce for mango sticky rice, after all is finish, we prepare for explain menu in the office.
After that we break for eat and GC.

Recipe mango sticky rice:
A. Ingredients
- glutinous (sticky) rice, soak in cold water for at least one hour and drained. 500 gr
- coconut milk. 375 ml
- salt. a pinch
- sugar. 2 tbsp
- mango, peeled and sliced. 2 large ripes

B. Procedure:
- in a sauce pan bring to a boil: rice, coconut oil, salt, sugar, and 1 1/4 cup water. Stir. Lower heat and summer, uncovered, about, 8-10 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed.
- remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Transfer rice ti a steamer or double saucepan and steam 15-20 minutes over boiling water, until rice is cooked trough.
- mood the cooked rice into individual ramekins or small cups lined with plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature.
- at serving time unmold inti a plate and top with mango or even strawberries. Sprinkle with toasted mung beans to garnis.
