Daily activity 1 english version smtr 2

Assalamu'alaikum warohmatullahi wabarokatuh,

Hello guys, i want to tell you about my daily activity today. today is the first day we start to practice for this sunday. I wake up at 04:00 and prepare to pray, and than after i pray, i prepare for go to campus. Before i go to the campus, i take a bath.

I go to the campus at 06:30 and finish at 06:47 after i finish in this campus we oneline, but today frezeer is broken, devective we move goods to the kitchen frezeer. After we finish we prepare menu tomorrow. The menu for tomorrow is beef rice bowl.


Today we prepare all ingredients with my team, i prepare meat for beef rice bowl, we use beef tenderloin after we towing the beef we cut the beef into small pieces like slices, after that marinate the slices beef use black pepper, salt, sesame oil( minyak wijen). After that store in the chiller.

Recipe for beef rice bowl
A. Ingredients:
-beef tenderlon, thinly sliced 400g
- light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- japanese sake. 1 tbsp
- oyster sauce. 1tbsp
- miso. 1 tbsp
- sugar. 1/2 tbsp
- black pepper powder. 1/8 tbsp
- peanut oil or vegetable oil. 1 tbsp
- onion sliced. 1/2 pcs
- chicken stock. 500 ml
- brocolli or cauliflower. 1/2 pcs
- small carrot sliced stemed rice. 2 pcs

B. Procedure:
- to slice beef thinly, pkace fresh beef in the freezer for 20 minutes, or use half-thawed beef. Slice along the grain into 1/16 inch (2 mm) thick pieces .
- cut and prep veggies.
- combine light soy sauce, japanes sake, oyster sauce, miso, sugar, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and ser aside.
- heat peanut oil in a. large skilled over medium heat until warm. Add onion. Cook and stir until soft, about 2 minutes.
- add chicken stock and the mixed sauce. Cook until bringing to a boil.
- spread beef sliced in the skillet. Cook until bringin to a gentle simmer and imediatelly trun to low heat.
- simmer uncovered until beef turns tender and the sauce thickens, for 40-50 minutes.
- while simmering the beef, bring a pot of water to a boil. Add brocoli and carrots. Cook until just soft. Drain and set aside.
- add rice to serving bowls. Top with brocoli and carrots on one side, and the beef on the other side. Drizzle with the beef sauce. Serve warm.
