BISMILLAHIRRAHMANIRRAHIM...
Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.
Hai guys Alhamdulillah segala puji bagi Allah SWT. atas berkat rahmat dan hidayahnyalah sehingga kita masih di berikan nikmat kesehatan, kesempatan, dan nikmat iman sehingga kita masih berkumpul di rumah yang kita cintai ini dan tempat kita saling bertukar pikiran, canda, tawa, senang, maupun sedih 😊,tempat kita menuntut ilmu. hanmmm tak terasa kami telah memasuki final test praktek dan merupakan minggu terakhir kita di kitchen untuk praktek karena setelahnya kita akan bersiap siap untuk menghadapi dan menunggu jadwal training. ok baiklah kali ini saya akan menceeritakan kegiatan saya dan teman teman di kitchen pada kesempatan kali ini.








resto close sebelum jam 15:00. setelah itu kami langsung bersiap siap untuk melakukan general cleaning. saya membantu muis gahar untuk mencuci alat alat yang telah di gunakan sampai tiba jam waktu ashar tiba saya dan teman teman bersiap siap untuk melaksanakan shalat ashar. hari ini jadwal perempuan untuk mengikuti kajian sehingga yang mengerjakan GC di selesaikan oleh laki laki sampai selesai. saya membantu muis di steward samapai selesai. setelah selesai kami lanjut untuk makan karena kebetulan syahrul membuat nasi goreng. dsn ksmi pulang setelah melaksanakan shalat magrib.
ok guys demikianlah cerita dan kegiatan kami di minggu ini dan ini merupakan munggu terakhir kami berada di kitchen sebelum kami berangkat training. semoga semua kegiatan kita selama ini mendapat manfaat dan ridha Allah SWT, aamiin yarabbal alaamiin.

RECIPE ALL GREAD FOR SHARING:
1. CALIFORNIA BURGER
A. INGREDIENTS:
~ hamburger patty 125 g
~ hamburger roll 1 pcs
~ butter as needed
~ mayonaise 10 ml
~ lettuce 1 pcs
~ thin slice of onion 1 sliced
~ tomato 1 sliced
B. PROCEDURE:
~ cook the hamburger patty on a griddle or grill to desired doneness.
~ while the meat is cooking, prepare the roll. butter the bottom half very lightly. spread the top half with mayonaise.
~ place the halves of the roll side by side on a serving plate.
~ on the top half, place the lettuce leaf, the onion slice ( if used ), and the tomato slice.
~ when the hamburger patty is cooked,place it on the bottom half of the roll. serve immediately, open faced.
2. CLUB SANDWICH
A. INGREDIENTS:
~ 3 slices whitw bread, toasted 3 slices
~ as needed mayonaise as needed
~ 2 leaves lettuce 2 pcs
~ 2 slice tomato 2 slices
~ beef bacon 3 strip
~ slice chicken breast 60 g
B. PROCEDURE:
~ place the 3 slices of toast on a clean work surface. spread the tops with mayonaise.
~ on the first slice, place 1 lettuce leaf, then 2 slices of tomato, then 3 strips of bacon.
~ place the second slice of toast on top, spread side down.
~ spread the top with mayonaise.
~ on top of this, place the chicken, then the other lettuce leaf.
~ top with the third slice of toast, spread side down,.
~ place frilled picks on all 4 sides of the sandwich.
~ cut the sandwich from corner to corner into 4 triangles. each triangle will have a pick through the center to hold it together.
~ place on plate with the points up. the center of the plate may be filled with potatoe chips, french fries, or other garnish or accompaniment.
3. GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH
A. INGREDIENTS:
~ cheddar or american cheese: 1 slice cut the size of the bread 30 g
~ white pan bread 2 slices
~ butter as needed
B. PROCEDURE:
~ place the slice of cheece between the slices of bread.
~ butter the outsides of the sandwich and place on griddle preheated to 350 derajat F - 375 derajat F ( 175 derajat C-190 derajat C).
~ cook until golden brown on one side. turn over and cook until the second side is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
~ remove the sandwich from the griddle. cut in half diagonally and serve immediatelly.
4. DEEP-FRIED CALAMARY
A. INGREDIENTS:
~ small cleaned squid 2,25 kg
~ lemon juice 125 ml
~ flour 500 g
~ salt 45 ml
B. PROCEDURE:
~ slice the body sacs of the squid crosswise into rings. leave the tentacle sections whole, or cut them in half if they are large.
~ combine the squid with the lemon juice and marinate, refrigerated, 2-3 hours.
~ mix the flour and salt.
~ drain the squid and dry on clean towels. immediately before cooking, toss the squid with the flour, then shake in a large strainerto remove exces flour.
~ deep-fry at 350 derajat F ( 175 derajat C) just until lightly golden. remove from the fryer and drain.
