Hello guys!!! wellcome back to my blog, yah today we come to kitchen at 07:11 am. today before we practice, we oneline and cek to grooming and we absent by new senior, and next we entered kitchen.
After that we oneline in the pastry and bakery room, and intreduce our self and senior, and than we attention and listening matery for Mr faisal about sous vide. today we prctice puff pastry and we backing our produc, and than we come to oneline in pastry and bakery room.
After our produc cooked, we eat our produc and alhamdullilah our produc today is succes. we so very glad and thank you friend for team work today. after we finish, we dowing to general cleaning. after that we come back to our home.

Puff pastry ingredients:
* hard flour 1 kg( 1000 g)
* fat/ croissant fat. 800 g
* water. 700 ml
* salt. 15 g
Procedure:
Mixing:
1. Place the first quantities of flour and butter in a mixing bowl.
With a paddle attachment, mix at low speed until well blended.
2. Dissolve the salt in the cold water.
3. Add the salted water to the flour and mix at low speed until a
soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
4. Remove the dough from the mixer and let rest in the refrigerator
20 minutes.
5. Cream the last quantities of butter and flour at low speed in the
mixer until the mixture is about the same consistency as the
dough, neither too hard nor too soft.
6. Roll the butter into the dough. Give the dough 4 four-folds or 5 three-folds.
